Increase AIM screenname character limit

We petition that the 16-character limit on AOL Instant Messenger screenname length should be increased, on the grounds that it is becoming increasingly difficult to find unused scrennames. In addition, registered screennames that have not been used in a long time should automatically be unregistered to increase screenname availablity.
