We attest that despite having been promised that our iPhones would be activated "easily and within minutes" this has not been the case.
We have had to wait unreasonable periods of time for activation with insufficient and inconsistent communication from both Apple and ATT who have engaged in buck passing as to the cause of these issues.
We request that Apple and ATT do the following:
-Provide accurate figures as to the number (and percentage) of users affected by this issue
-Provide renumeration and compensation to those affected by this issue
-In the future, spend as much money on infrastructure as they do in marketing and adequately load test their systems to prevent recurrence of this issue
