Her Excellency Madam,
Fire is broken out at the multistoried Market Complex Nandram Market, Barrabazar Kolkata, owned by one Manik Chand Sethia, being associate of Kolkata Mafiadom and front man of Shri Chandan Basu, as I have mentioned in the Paragraphs 105, 107 and 108 of the Notice served under Section 80 of Civil Procedure Code dated 27th November, 2007 which also posted at: http://notice2unionofindianothers.tripod.com/, wherein some photocopies of the related documents are also posted. In the aforesaid paragraph I have referred specifically relationship between Manik Chand ethia and Shri Chandan Basu son of Shri Jyoti Basu. In view of the Government attitude in respect of the aforesaid Fire as shown in TV Channels, I am very much in doubts that this Market as well as another important market of Howrah (Mangala Hat Bazar), are purchased by Manik Chand Sethi as front man of Shri Chandan Basu. I have tried to collect some information from Income Tax Department under RTI Act, considering Nexus between Manik Sethai and Chandan Basu, but I failed, since Income Tax Department is not against Tax Evaders, if they are having Nexus powerful politicians.
If the Public Authorities from the government of India and State of West Bengal , ignoring their bureaucratic egoism, could have examined my aforesaid Notice dated 27th November, 2007 against Kolkata Land Mafia and aforesaid Manik Chand Sethia, then the aforesaid Fire might have been not broken out. Media is also not taken care of my aforesaid Notice. If appropriate action in time could have been taken, at least 4000 Shops might have been saved from the aforesaid Fire.
I am not repeating the large story of my sufferings which I have mentioned in detail in my aforesaid Notice.
With Best Regards,
Yours faithfully,
Milap Choraria
