This petition is on behalf of Kaylee Ann Schnurr. Little Kaylee was the victim of an attack by a man that took her life. Kaylee was just 18 months of age when a man Matthew Carovillano raped and beat this baby. Kaylee lost her life after 3 days in the hospital. This petition is a demand to have the sentence of any sexual predator and killer increased. These men are getting off easy and hurting more children.
