We believe that in the wake of rapidly increasing heating fuel costs the State of Vermont should increase the amount of state heating fuel aid to low income Vermonters. Those who are unable to afford their winter heating bills should receive increased aid from the State. We call on all representatives at all levels of State and Local Government to champion the cause of those less fortunate. This winter it is essential to keep low income Vermonters safe and warm.
