An innocent girl named Titiksha was killed in Chennai on 18 sept 2013 by her husband Nitin shukla who is a Deputy Manager in mahindra & mahindra company chennai. Titiksha Tiwari daughter of late shri Nagesh Tiwari and Rashmi Tiwari got married to Nitin shukla son of shri rishibhan shukla and kalpana shukla on 6th of february 2013. Nitin Shukla is an engineer by profession and being a working guy in a reputed company like Mahindra & Mahindra, Nitin's family demanded lots of money at the time of marraige in dowry. Titiksha's family had given dowry which was beyond their limit and whatever they could do, they had done for their daughter. But after marraige, every now and then Nitin's family started harrassing and forcing Titiksha for dowry. When she refused to talk to her family about dowry, they started to trouble her and behaving unnatural to her. Then Nitin take her to chennai as he was working there. There also, On the guidance of her mother Kalpana Shukla and his three maternal brothers named Atul,Anup and Anuj Tiwari, he started to harrassing Titiksha for dowry. Not only this, he went to bangalore for some official work and left Titiksha locked for two days in the flat. He never talked to her politely, he never take her for any outing, whenever his office staff came for dinner to his home, he always start to insult her infront of his office staffs. She was exhausted with this behaviour of her husband. And finally on 18th september 2013 just after 7 months and 12 days of their marraige, Nitin killed Titiksha and hanged her on to the hook of ceiling fan and calling it a suicide. Now my friends look at this points: 1. A table of 1ft is kept on a 2 ft chair, Titiksha had 5ft height, standing on that table and pulling her hand straight upward she cannot reach that hook, as hook is at a distance of 12ft from floor. 2. Pre PM report says that she died between 7.30 to 8.00 pm but as he told Titiksha's mother by calling her that he reached home at 7 pm. 3. He is saying that door was locked when he reached home and she was missing , he was waiting outside for her assuming that she had went to market. Then why suddenly he made a 2 inch hole in the window of bedroom and saw her hanging? And intimated to her family? 4. When he saw her hanging on that hook, instead of trying to save her, he called her family and was telling them that her legs are moving what to do? 5. When her family member told him to break the door as he told them about her legs movement with the help of neighbours, instead of doing so, he was asking to do police complaint. Was it making sense? 6. When he previously told that he was waiting outside for her and he didn't had the key, then how he had entered the home after her death without breaking the door? There are more these kind of points raised while investigation and right now He is in the custody of chennai police. But we should make an effort that he will not get escaped from this and he should be punished. All of you my dear friends are kindly and humbly requested to please sign this petition so that people like him will be punished because if he escaped he will ruin another life. Your one minute for signing it can give justice to that innocent girl.
