Konkordanz-Regierungs-System

Es möge in Österreich ein Konkordanz-Regierungs-System eingeführt werden. Die Regierung würde dann von der Bundesversammlung (NR und BR) auf fünf Jahre gewählt werden. Der Bundespräsident würde in die Regierung implementiert werden und von der Bundesversammlung auf ein Jahr (ohne Folgejahrwiederwahl) gewählt werden.
