Marijauna is a perfectly safe intoxicant. You can't overdose off of it and it does not affect your judgement anywhere near the way alcohol does. If it was legalized, it would solve the overcrowded prison problem, thus cutting taxes, or eliminating the national debt. It would have several positive effects on our state, and maybe someday our country. Times have changed, now at least 40% of our country is for legalization, but it will take your signatures to do it.
