Legalize Marjuiana In The U.S

We The People of the United States come before you today to talk about the the legalization of Marjuiana in the U.S. All im asking is to concider the posiblities of legalizeing Marjuiana, it would mean less users doing Harsher drugs that are dangerous, its more safer than Smoking or Drinking. Im not sure why its not legal, it is a "Natural Substance" that should not be regulated. I do agree that "Man Made" drugs should remain illegal. I propose that Marjuiana should be sold over the counter to buyers 18 years or older.
