Let the Vocational Application math students be exempted from the WACE exam

The end of year WACE exam which gives the ATAR score to the ATAR students (univesity pathway) is pointless to the vocational students. Why?
For one it does nothing for their final grades, Vocational students don't get ATAR scores and if we sit it and do badly we risk scaling ATAR students down into failure. it isn't fair for anyone.
This is the first year that SCASA have decided to make it compulsory.
As a vocational student who does the ATAR math pathway I am outraged. If we don't show up our grades are basically held hostage by the education department and we cannot graduate. So many futures are at stake here. No vocational student wants to do an exam that does nothing to help them with their final math grade, and no ATAR student wants to be scaled down into failure because of the Vocational students.
This creates more pressure and stress on both sides.
Its a risk of scaling or risk of no graduation. There will be no inbetween if the Vocational students are forced to do this WACE exam.
The education department is doing nothing but screwing us over by adding new content that not even the teachers know and putting in new things without considering how it actually damages the students grades and mental states.
