It appears the CIA Cappn has a sucky ass boss who won't let him get on MSN
@ work, nor will he provide the correct audio equipment so he can function
as a normal employee of the company.
Please sign this petition for CIA Cappn and push his boss to allow the
following:
1: Give CIA Cappn MSN Chat capabilities @ work so he can fit into society
as we know it
2: Purchase speakers, a microphone and sound card if necessary so CIA Cappn
can fit into society as we know it
3: Increase his hourly wage by 0.25 to cover any pain/suffering/emotional
distress caused by the lack of daily communications to the free outside
world
