Lets get school staff to be in school during the day office hours.

This proposal is for the Residents of California, the local PTA.

The idea is for public and private junior colleges, K-12 school, down to Kindergarden staff that are paid full time to be physically at work full-time eight hours. Part-time being four hours per day.
Staff being teachers, janitors, administration, even nurses. If a school staff has to do personal business or family business, other than sickness. It should be excused.
Including office time to tutor current class students during the regular day class hours.
Apparently some teachers at the college level, leave the campus and sometimes a student needs assistance or degree guidance. Then there are cases where one teacher helps a group of students, not even in the class that the teacher is teaching.
I ask the teacher stays on department offices or campus, for the class he/she is teaching for that semester.
In return the system should not schedule staff with classes 3 or more hours in between. Such that the staff has to go home and return later. The staff needs time for lunch breaks, personal restroom, and regular employee breaks (brunch, recess).
