With Jail OverPopulation Rising, We should Allow Offender's Who are given 10 years and Less (but no less than 4 years), Without "Child Molestations" The Opportunity to serve the remainder of their Time on parole. "Only ABle , If they spend 25 \% of their time incarcerated , without violation in custody and First felonies" This will Save cost in state jails to a low, With Giving the offenders the chance to have a life and prove themselves able to sustain it. If the First time felony Offender, with no molestation charge, Maximum time of 10 years, who is not an offender in jail, Offends outside of jail...Is then to serve the remainder of the time that they " were given on parole" and then some, in jail.
This will In time, save costs, Lower Over Population and Allow the "Learned lessons" Offenders a chance at a Life, Serving as a citizen of the united states.

Let us Try and Improve Our State Jail's , Save the Offender's "family" from grief and Make a Better change to Society.

A offender Is given 8 years in tdc , But is able to only serve 25 \% due to the fact that it is his first felony, And he Does not have a child molestation charge , Sexual assault charge and/or rape.
he IS able to serve his remainder time on parole, outside of the jail And if he violates his parole..."
for whatever the cause" If he Commits another felony ...He is then given , the time he had left on parole and the felony time added.

(Any good time, Or time "of any" added, Is counted towards 25\% done But still leaves them with parole.)
