Lower The Marriage Visa Age - From 21 Back to 18

The Spouse Visa age should be lowered back to 18 immediately. This immigration rule is affecting so many peoples lives. Genuine married couples are suffering because of this law. Surely it is against our human rights to be separated from the person we love? Who are the home office and government to judge peoples relationships and lives?
Do young people not have any human rights? At 18 you are legally considered an adult, allowed to get married, vote in general and local elections and even serve on a jury. Yet anyone aged 18 - 20 are not deemed mature enough to have a long term and permanent relationship where their husband or wife can come and live with them in the UK. How is this fair?
The majority of marriages under 21 are genuine but still they are being penalized and made to wait up to 3 years. Is there any evidence this law is stopping sham marriages?
As a British National I feel discriminated against because the ban does not affect those who are in the Armed Forces. How is this right? The law should be the same for everyone, regardless of their career path.
