I/We, the undersigned, request Discovery Communications INC, and all its subsidiaries (i.e. Discovery Channel, the Learning Channel, etc.) to present the series Warrior Women, hosted by famous Lucy Lawless. This series has already premiered in Canada, Italy, Britain, and the U.K., but has never broadcasted in the United States. We ask the Discovery Channel to provide the people in TV land, (not to mention, the huge array of Xena: Warrior Princess fans), the chance to learn more about women warriors & leaders from our world's history. Because Lucy Lawless has gained such recognition from her syndicated TV show, Xena Warrior Princess, more people around the world are interested in learning about these, and other different women from history. These women have achieved greatness in their very short lives, and we feel it is our duty to let other people know of their full potential. This show would be of interest to all people, of all ages, and of all religions. Discovery Channel would be doing the United States an incalculable display of goodwill by showing that man was not the only major figure in history.

I would really love to see this mini-series about all the wonderful warrior women thoughout the ages broadcasted in the United States. I thought it was going to be, but was very disappointed when it was not. Thank you for your time. Debbie
