Manitobans are Taxed Excessively Enough!

Attn: Manitoba Political Party Leaders;
According to Global News:
A new Statistics Canada income survey shows the median family income in Manitoba in 2012 after taxes was $68,100.
Almost $10,000 behind what they take home in Saskatchewan, $77,300.
Manitobans are feeling the pinch as a new election is upon us and talk of even more taxes is being heard. The latest is a tax on the wealthy. Who defines "wealthy"? Is wealthy $100,000/yr of income or $500,000? A person making $25,000/yr would likely consider someone making $50,000/yr wealthy.
I have a suggestion for the Liberals and the NDP: try thinking outside of the "let's just tax them" box. Whether we are talking about the poorest, or the well off (and by well off, they mean folks earning above $100,000) I'm feeling taxed quite enough, thank you. Most Manitobans are already stretched pretty thin.
If I believed that paying more taxes would absolutely fix our troubled healthcare or education systems, I would gladly fork it over, but it hasn't worked. Doing the same thing over and over with no results in insanity.
The tighter you squeeze the wallets of the common Manitoba citizens, the less that Manitoban can re-invest back into the local economy. Once the citizen is over-burdened with taxes, you will have no new revenue from that source and will have to look elsewhere.
In signing this petition, I demand you start looking elsewhere now, and keep your hands off my hard earned money.
