We hereby request that Maths Worldwide (ABN 59 134 783 663) refund $4.3bn to moms and dads, that has been profiteered by by:

1) Misleading claims

2) No names of managers provided

3) Misuse of market power

4) Inflating price of goods

5) Misleading and deceptive conduct

6) Abusing employees

7) Coercing employees

8) Harassment

9) No warrantee

10) Unsuitable goods

11) False description

12) Un-merchantable quality

13) Child pedophelia concerns

14) Use of legal loop holes

This behavior in the business world is unethical, immoral, and illegal.

Even though Mathemagic has been liquidated, because Maths Worldwide is selling the exact same product, they have an ethical obligation towards existing customers, to uphold the legal liability of its former replicate.

We ask that the ACCC, ASIC, the Australian Federal Police, and Australian Federal Court, find in favor of mom and dad consumers, and force the Directors of the company from paying back $4.3bn in losses, instead of the big corporates profiteering from the working class.
