We, the citizens of White Settlement, do hereby petition Mayor Jerry Burns to move the hearing on qualifications and residency of John C. Giddens to Tarrant County District Court where the matter can be decided by an impartial judge and jury. The Mayor has held up city business long enough and we want a final resolution of these issues by a qualified court of law, not the City Council of White Settlement.
