MSN Groups Repair

Dear MSN Groups

I am concerned, especially of late, with the care and maintenance going into MSN Groups. I read the "More Useful Everyday" motto, and then cringe as a web page repeatedly fails to load content. I'm not alone. Many of my friends and peers have noticed a lack of support for groups, including the recent deletion of the MSN Chat Service previously offered freely on all groups.

I've sent several requests to the help staff for attention on certain issues, such as the MSN Groups Nickname by which we are all recognized, cannot be changed. Also, the incorporation of Windows Live having severed or damaged important links and services of the existing websites.

We love MSN Groups, but it is becoming a pain and a problem. If there were other group services available with the Web Tools, and fully customizable web pages, then I would quickly transfer. I'm a loyal and ardent Microsoft user and patron, and I do not wish to see my hobby of years to disintegrate or deteriorate.

We, the undersigned request that those in charge of MSN Groups to please start repairing the issues with this service and to start supporting it so that it does not wither away and die.
