The undersigned members are all in support of National Express Group to be removed of their right to run the London Eastern franchise, known as 'one' forthwith and replaced by another private enterprise or ran as a publicly owned company. This is in relation to the continuing "dumbing down" of train services and the use of inferior rolling stock.

First and GB Railways did an OK job for me but since NEG has taken over, I have seen fares increase and more trains cancelled, if not, running late. I am dissapointed with NEG's efforts to provide a more reliable service.

Not enough that they decimated the through service to Colchester Town, now they remove the only brand-new units we've got. Time for them to be gONE.

The decision to award National Express the franchise was wrong. They have cut services, failed to introduce newer trains and are now reportedly replacing some of the newest trains on the network (Desiro 360s) with 15-year-old stock.
