Neopets staff Wake up and smell the coffee

I sent an email to TNT requiring my account being unfairly frozen. I was pretty upset at TNT and sent them a email about how angry I was. I was frozen for the email I sent. I made another account with a different email address. I had not sent any emails to TNT with my second email address. Brandon from TNT had gotton my reply. When I went to ask him why my account was frozen the second time with an email I did not send a message to. He told me it was because I was encouraging people not to pay for premium because if they are unfairly frozen they would not get their account's back and their money would go down the drain.

The real reason I was frozen the second time was because I was taking away sales from TNT by convincing people not to get premium. I will continue to do this until TNT improves their service and stops unfairly freezing. People with premium have been unfairly frozen and not gotton their money or account back.

The first time i was frozen was because TNT did not like what I had to say.

TNT should not freeze accounts of just because they don't like you badmouthing neopets. Also they should not freeze people for telling other's not to get premium.
