New Parrot Head Club

We, the undersigned, hereby petition the Board of Directors of Parrot Heads in Paradise to form a new Parrot Head club. This new club would primarily, but not exclusively, serve Parrot Heads in north Harris County, Texas and Montgomery County, Texas.
