I demand that anyone who has been arrested for a sex crime and who has been penalized by the courts for such a crime, be denied residency at the South Bay Club.
We now have a family oriented community at the SBC and we should all have the right of peaceful use of our premises without having to worry about who might want to molest our children.
I request that the SBC management protect our children and other community residents by requiring the screening and removal of anyone who is known to have been arrested, paid a penalty, or gone through a sexual offenders rehabilitation program, as demanded by law enforcement agencies or the courts.
