No to 3 week bin collections

Labour are going to force councils to operate 3 week bin collections but after the general election (should they win), that's 21 days with a stinking overflowing bin.
And that's just for starters, All bins, rubbish,composting and plastic/paper/can box will all have chips in them to see how much they weigh and charge appropriatley.
The non collection of rubbish will create a haven for rats,maggotts/flies,foxes/badgers and other creatures such as magpies etc and that is also where Labour are going to sting you as currently pest control where public health is concerned is free but Labour are planning to charge a minimum of 235 to deal with these pests.

We don't want fortnightly collections already so why Labour want us to have a collection every 3 weeks is a mickey take.
