No to the illegal Billesley Mosque

No 713 Yardley Wood Road B13 0HN (old doctors surgery) is being used as a Mosque despite being refused planning permission in 2008. The building has a covenant on it which forbids religious or educational use.
In September 2008, a planning application (council reference: S/04874/08/FUL) was shown for this property, with the following description: 'Change of use to Masjid, Madrassa, community centre and adult education centre'.
