Obama Constitutional Eligibility

Whereas Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity are, respectively and audience-wise, the number one and two conservative radio talk show hosts in America today

Whereas Mark Levin and Glenn Beck are two other highly ranked conservative talk show hosts with substantial audiences

Whereas all these men regularly demonstrate on their shows their love for God and country by the issues they discuss, the associations they have and their personal lives

Whereas these men regularly and consistently expose all facets of the Obama Administration and the grave damage it is doing to the moral and social infrastructure of America

Whereas Barack Obama has yet to publicly submit any credentials, such as but not limited to: an original birth certificate, medical records or school transcripts, as evidence of being a natural born citizen of the United States and not of Kenya, Britain or Indonesia

Whereas dozens of lawsuits have been and continue to be filed in court, requesting Mr. Obama to provide proof of being constitutionally qualified to serve as president of the United States in accordance with Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution

Whereas one particular case in the state of California will be heard in the coming weeks

Whereas Mr. Obamas legal team has spent well in excess of $1 million dollars to defend and block Mr. Obama from producing any documentation of natural born citizenship, documents that could easily and inexpensively be obtained to rebut public concerns

Whereas the failure of Mr. Obama and his legal team, by virtue of failing to provide any evidence to the public of Mr. Obama being natural born, creates increased unrest and a growing constitutional crisis across our land that could quickly be resolved by the production of such documents

Whereas attorneys such as Phil Berg, Gary Kreep, Mario Apuzzo, Leo Donofrio and others have spent and/or continue to spend thousands of dollars of their own money (scarce in todays economy) to force Mr. Obamas hand

Whereas various family members of Mr. Obama reside in Kenya and claim, along with various news sources in that part of the world, that he was born there - this being one example - http://www.plan-uk.org/involved/schools/obamaelection/ - and not in the U.S.

Whereas the continued silence of Rush, Sean, Mark and Glenn to address this critical issue on their shows does a huge disservice to their listeners by keeping them in the dark

Whereas in the case of Mark, his silence on this constitutional issue belies his frequent discussions of the importance of adhering to the U.S. Constitution

Whereas none of these men have spoken one word about the California case, despite this information being available at the U.S. Justice Foundation website and other sources

Whereas the issue of loyalty to the United States is called into question by Mr. Obamas frequent belittling of our country overseas, his associations with foreign leaders hostile to American values and freedom, his treatment of our troops and by his apparent fealty to the religion of Islam

Whereas the United States Congress has yet to hold any hearings and/or discussions of the possibility that Barack Obama might be foreign born and thus not natural born, thus committing a constitutional dereliction of duty to the constituents that voted them in as well as all Americans

Whereas any proof that Mr. Obama was not natural born and thus not eligible to be president would render every executive order, bill signing and government appointment thus far null and void and necessitate his prompt removal from the Oval Office

Whereas the thoughtful discussion of this issue would no doubt generate massive interest and calls for Congress to act on the concerns of the American people as well as for Mr. Obama to publicly provide his citizenship credentials

Whereas we believe these talk show hosts, despite their solid credentials, do a major disservice to the American people by their silence on this defining issue of our day, even if the silence is due to pressures imposed by their stations, sponsors or the government

Whereas World Net Daily is the one respectable and highly trafficked Internet news source that has consistently covered every component of the eligibility issue from day one and has done so in the face of their opponents seeking to silence them

And whereas numerous polls taken across the country consistently show high majorities of Americans (including one AOL poll of over 80\%) wanting to see a birth certificate and/or other credentials showing the natural born citizenship status of Barack Obama

We therefore call on Rush, Sean, Mark, Glenn and talk show hosts across the U.S. to make the Obama eligibility issue a defining regular subject on their shows and insist they treat it as a sacred legal and constitutional one and not something to be ridiculed and mocked by the likes of Ann Coulter, Keith Olbermann, Chris Matthews and others.
