We the undersigned, being members of the PUBLIC, make this petition on the grounds that said employees are in PUBLIC employment, and we therefore have a right and a duty to ensure that those commissioned to attend/supervise our children and others in the care of the State are qualified to do so. We hold that the law should function in the public good, to uphold and support this aim.
