Esse abaixo-assinado é uma tentativa de obter força suficiente dos, mas não somente, skaters da região da Vila Mariana, São Paulo - SP, para que a subprefeitura reforme a praça Professor Américo Portugal Gouveia, instalando ali uma pista de caminhada para a terceira idade, uma skate plaza de concreto com obstáculos naturais da rua, uma mini-ramp e, quem sabe, até mesmo um bowl, tudo cercado e iluminado.
