Having spent 3 years fighting to see my children and witnessing the courts and Cafcass allow my two children to be emotionally abused its time for the justice system for family law to be reviewed. Many fathers and mothers are being forced to live their lives without any contact with their children all because the parent who resides with the children has resorted to brainwashing {abusing} the child/children in believing they don't want any contact with their father or mother. This is a very common scenario and there are many top professionals who have tried and failed in getting Parental alienation recognised in court. Why should parents be put through extreme anguish, stress and sense of loss just because the justice system is so stiff and reluctant to except change. The only thing the system did for me was to take my money running into thousands. I walked away with nothing, i live every day thinking of my two children who are now 9 and 14. People say to me that one day they will come back. I no they mean well, but this does not make me feel any better. I would ask people to sign my petition to try and get this government to look at these situations and understand that there are children many children who are being emotionally abused daily by a parent and there is nothing being done to change this. These children are being damaged.If it was any other form of abuse action would be taken immediately.Why is this being allowed to happen? I ask you to to sign my petition to make change thankyou
