Patriots Against the Patriot Act

The Patriot Act is NOT patriotic. Rather, it is an injustice to the conditions on which our founding fathers built our country. As one of these wise men once said...

Contrary to the condition set forth by the Patriot Act which tells us that in order to be free, we must give up freedoms.

When the Patriot Act was originally established post the 9-11 terrorist attacks on America, it was done so with the condition that all 16 acts would be temporary. Now, 14 out of the 16 acts are PERMANENT with the other two having an extension of 10 years. Over 400 city governments protested the bill; however, it was voted for unanimously in Congress.


Being against a document which limits our freedoms and deprives us of liberty is not being unpatriotic, but rather a true patriot defending the American ethos of "life, liberty, and property."
