This petition is against a British Citizen named Mr. ALTAF HUSSAIN, born 17 September 1953 in Karachi, leader of a bandit organization full with criminals and gangsters. He is living in UK at the moment and on Sunday the 12th of May 2013 at around 2330 hours Pakistan time, he tried to spread Hate Speech to eventually suport chaos and anarchy in Karachi, the financial hub of Pakistan.
