Petition Against DTH Unneccessary charges for Channels

Hi I want to create a petition against all D2H operator. They take Unneccessary charges for Channels we don't need. As for example we need only HD Channels but we have to pay for all Non-HD channels also. I want to create a petition against Dr. Subash Chandra who is chairman of Essel Group & D2H company Dish Tv. We want freedom for Unneccessary charges from Operators. We will paid for those channels only we watch. Friends support for my this Petition.
