Petition Against the Issuance of Driver's Education Certification for Andrew Roach

As informed members of the University of Pennsylvania student community and concerned citizens of the city of Philadelphia, we implore you to consider against allowing Mr. Andrew Roach to participate in the Penn's Driver Education Program. He is a reckless and thoughtless individual, unable to cope with chronic alcoholism and other substance abuse problems. He is a liability to the streets of this great nation, and should not be granted the opportunity to inflict any greater harm on the public. Issuance of a drivers certificate will undoubtedly jeopardize the integrity of the University of Pennsylvania as well as its highly respected drivers education program. It is sufficiently unfortunate that to see Mr. Andrew Roach embarrassing our great University while wearing a Penn t-shirt; we do not wish to see Mr. Roach bring further disgrace to this institution behind the wheel of a Penn minivan.

We also feel it important to divulge that Mr. Andrew Roach is implicated in the kidnapping of Bailey Reynolds and will be appearing in court on February 23, 2006.
