Gentlemen,
In 2007, I circulated an online petiton for the Canadian band Rush to play Australia and New Zealand during the "Sankes And Arrows" 2007-2008 tour.
Although we did not gather many signatures as we expected,we,the fans of Rush, do believe that things can get better the second time around.
That said, I am circulating another online petition for Rush to play Australia and New Zealand during the 2011 leg of their tour. Whether it is a full fledged tour or a few shows as part of Big Day Out 2011, we believe that it is long overdue for Rush to finally perform in Australia and New Zealand. We have been extremely patient for you to come to Autralia and New Zealand. We believe that after taking trips to The U.K., The USA, Canada, and even Brazil to see you guys play, it is time for you guys to come to the Land Down Under and Kiwiland. What the bloddy hell is taking you guys so long to get down here, eh?
