Im Kanton Basel-Stadt gibt es für Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene wenige Orte, an denen sie sich ohne Konsumzwang aufhalten können. Durch ein komplizierte Bewilligungsverfahren wird die Organisation von Outdoor-Party’s faktisch verboten.
Ein Anruf – und die Party kann losgehen!
Die Unterzeichnenden fordern die Einführung einer „Jugendbewilligung“ für Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene, die in friedlicher Absicht Outdoor-Partys feiern wollen. Die unterzeichnenden Personen bitten die Mitglieder des Grossen Rats, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen die Möglichkeit zu geben Outdoor-Party‘s unkompliziert und rasch zu organisieren.
