Petition of Support for the Victims of Flood Ravaged Nashville

On May 2, 2010, the great city of Nashville and large swaths of the state of Tennessee including the counties of Williamson, Cheatham, Dyer, Davidson, Montgomery, Hickman, Perry, Stewart, Carroll and Hardeman suffered catastrophic flash flooding that claimed as many as 29 lives, destroyed numerous homes, caused countless millions in damages, ruined lives and livelihoods and left other property both residental and commercial alike deluged in dank, dark flood waters.

Deeply touched by the plight of the victims of this omgoing crisis as well as being amazed and impressed by the tenacious nature and can-do spirit of the people of Nashville and the state of Tennessee and their vow to recover and emerge stronger from this disaster, I developed this petition to convey my feelings and best wishes to the victims of this tragedy and invite anyone reading and feeling the same way to sign this petition. Leave your statements of support and any other statements that convey your heart-felt sentiments, well wishes, prayers and general support for those involved in this national tragedy.

This is a Petition of Support to let those whom have suffered and those whom continue to suffer in this disaster know that they are not alone.
