Petition Seeking resignation of the President of India Sri. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.

PETITION SEEKING RESIGNATION OF THE PRESIDENT & PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA.

Dear All,

I wish to bring the matters, which has forced me to seek the resignation of Sri. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam the Hon. President of India and Sri. Manmohan Singh, the hon. Prime Minister of India.

On 30/06/2006 Mr. Arunkumar an employee of BSNL Chennai Telephones along with his friends Mr. Deepak Raj, Mr. Venkatesh, Mr. Srinivasan and one more friend of him assaulted and threatened to kill me in the recreation club in 89, Millers Road building of BSNL Chennai Telephones for complaining about the corruption that had taken place in the purchases of item to the club to Mr. Sridharan SDE Personnel who is also the President of this club. A complaint in this regard was registered by me on 01/07/2006 against Mr. Arunkumar and Mr. Srinivasan who are also the BSNL EU members in BSNL Chennai Telephones. When the complaint was handed over to Mr. Sritharan SDE Personnel on 01/07/2006 he immediately called upon one Mrs. Vijayalakshmi Sr. TOA G working in BSNL Chennai Telephones who is also the branch secretary of BSNL Employees Union in that building to take the issue who is not the authorized person to take action on such complaints. This has been done so by Mr. Sridharan SDE Personnel to please the BSNL EU members and help them escape the punishments and to hide the corruption.

No action was taken till 04/07/2006 by the authorities concerned other than helping the corrupt officials escape the wrath. On 04/07/2006 and on 05/07/2006 Mr.Vijayalakshmi Sr TOA G cum Branch secretary of BSNLEU prepared a false joint memoranda upon me stating some false matters and took signature of BSNL EU Members available in DGM A building of BSNL Chennai Telephones in the above address. On the same day Mr. Vinoth Sr TOA G who is also a BSNL EU Member called me on my number 9444259532 at around 5:45 to 6:30 P.m. and threatened me stating that all members of BSNLEU have made a joint complaint and have placed their signature in order to protect the above accused and asked me to withdraw the case filed on their member. For which I refused. And as I am a serious ANTI_CORRUPTION PRACTITIONER, I wanted to put an end to corruption in my department and submitted an RTI Application seeking details from the public authorities in order to fight the case and bring to book the above corrupt officials for which the Public Authorities namely Mr. Mani DGM A, Mr. G.Selvam GM O and the CGMs of BSNL Chennai Telephones in order to please the BSNLEU and to protect the corrupt officials gave absolutely no or inadequate or false information. As I filed several other RTI applications seeking info on various issues where I had smelled corruption even to the rank of the Chief General Manager.

When appealed to the CIC for issue of correct informations under RTI it turned out to be a deliberate refusal on the part of the CIC to protect the corrupt officer/officials in India.

So I stated collecting evidences of corruption and irregularities that are happening in the office of DGM A BSNL Chennai Telephones to the possible and posted the proofs of corruption and irregularities that run to several thousands of crores of Rupees in http://www.peoplestalk.com.

And made a complaint to the Hon. President of India and the Central Vigilance Commission vide my complaint dated: 18/10/2006 and also the PM and other authorities for which the Presidents has sent his acknowledgement of receipt of complaint and had forwarded the same to the authorities concerned to take necessary action (Copy of which is posted in http://www.peoplestalk.com) and the Central Vigilance commission had also registered the case and issue an acknowledgement for the registration of the complaint (Copy of which is posted in http://www.peoplestalk.com). In the mean time the BSNL Public Authorities in order to please and protect the corrupt BSNLEU members / cum employees of BSNL Chennai Telephones tried various ways to get rid of me.

When they came to know about the proofs of corruption published in the website http://www.peoplestalk.com which had come in the news paper (Copy of which is posted in http://www.peoplestalk.com) started to join hands among them selves and on 14/12/2006 they started an agitation in the office complex of DGM A of BSNL Chennai Telephones by around 9:50 A.M. protesting to take action against me for publishing the proofs of corruption by them. When I tried to enter into the office by 9:56 a.m. I was threatened by the leaders of BSNL EU and restricted entry into my office by the corrupt officers and officials who had gathered there to agitate. As such I sent a email to the President and others concerned informing them about the same and asked them to take immediate action to protect my life and that of my family and friends. But no action has been taken till date.

These corrupt officials/officer who were agitating also forced all the employees working in the DGM A building to join the agitation forcing the stall of the Administrative wing. They joining hands with Mr. Pannerselvam SDE Admin Ii who is also my unit officer had given a telegram asking me to report for duty on 15/12/2006 (Copy of which is posted in http://www.peoplestalk.com), which was received at my house after 5:30 P.M. And on corrupt these officials joining hands with the corrupt officers in BSNL Chennai Telephones issued a suspension order (Copy of which is posted in http://www.peoplestalk.com) to me without stating the reason for the same with immediate which was received by post at my residence on 16/12/2006 even though they clearly know that the President of India and the CVC have already registered the case on the issues posted in the website www.peoplestalk.com an act by which they through away the process of the office of the Hon. President of India and have also overthrown the constitution and have proved themselves to be much higher than that of the President of India which clearly proves that even the president of India cannot do anything to these corrupt officials/officer.

But to my surprise I came across the news in the paper that Mr. Tony Bair the Hon. Prime Minister was questioned for 2 hours by police for an allegation of appointment of members in their parliament or government. But here I can clearly and loudly say that the President and the Prime Minister of India have failed to take action on the corrupt officers and officials even though you provide proof for the same.

As such I request that the President of India Mr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, The Prime Minister of India Mr. Manmohan Singh should resign immediately taking responsibility to the assault on me and on the constitution of India by the corrupt officers and officials of BSNL Chennai Telephones and others for exposing their corruption.

As such I request your good selves to fight back the corruption which I cannot do alone to sign this online petition seeking the resignation of the above persons for their failure to end corruption and for issuing suspension order by corrupt officers to please the corrupt official overthrowing the faith in the great constitution of India.
