We need 200 signatures under Point 10 of the Union's Constitution to request a General Meeting and vote upon an issue presented at the (requested) General Meeting.

Petition argument:
Imperial College Londons Summer Ball has traditionally been an annual end-of-year event where all Imperial College students turned up for the best evening. So we would like this year's ball to be a formal dress code for our Summer Ball (and this should be advertised accordingly to other Universities).
