Please Help Jen - Pass HR 2247

We, the undersigned, strongly urge you to support H.R. 2247,
for the relief of Jen-Hui Tsai, and to take all necessary actions to ensure the Bill becomes law.

Jen is currently facing deportation, and once deported, shell be barred from entering the United States FOR LIFE, even though she is married to David Austin, a United States citizen. (For detailed account http://www.PleaseHelpJen.com)

We believe that Jen deserves a second chance in this country of second chances and her husband, David, deserves to keep his family together. He should not have to choose between living the rest of his life outside his country that he loves or being forced to be PERMANENTLY separated from his wife.

David and Jen have been married since November 1998. They are a loving young couple whose lives are put on hold with an uncertain future of where or how they can live, because of the impending deportation case hanging over them. Without relief, their families will be torn apart and Jen will be barred from living in the United States for the rest of her life, all because of a youthful indiscretion she made when she was 22 in 1996.

David and Jen are both productive members of our society and are valuable assets to this country. Every avenue of remedy has been exhausted and without this bill being passed, they will be ordered out of the country FOR LIFE. This can only be resolved by the passage of H.R. 2247. This private bill, if passed, will grant Jen permanent residency in the United States, and provide relief for David and Jen from the dilemma theyve suffered since 1996. This bill is their LAST HOPE.
