Dear Dr. De Villa,
We, the students of the University of the Philippines Open University, are kindly requesting your good office to allow our petition for the course Introductory Economics (ECON11) to be offered this coming 1st semester, AY 2011-2012. The said course was previously offered 1st semester last year, and it was also included in the 1st semester course offerings posted March 11, 2011 in the UPOU website. It was removed along with other courses, in the updated version posted April 12, 2011.
Some of us are in the graduating status and we need to take the aforementioned course for us to graduate.
We hope that this request will merit your favorable response.
