PLTW: remove Mr.Roth form POE

Here the under signed here-By decree that Mr. Roth the PLTW teacher at MHS has failed at his attempts to properly teach a class meant for challenge students he has withheld supplies that have caused a lower grade for everyone in this class by signing this petition you agree that Mr. Roth is not fit to teach.
