Poor Service of World of Warcraft

We, the undersigned, have become tired of of the poor response and customer service provided by Blizzard Entertainment with connection to thier game World of Warcraft.
With consistant lag on the game servers for a period of almost two months, and no news from Blizard entertainment as to what actions they are taking or are planning on taking to correct this problem, we the undersigned feel that we are not receiving the service in which we are paying for.
Dealing with lag resulting in deaths, falling off the world spending hours in a city to perform just one task, and being kicked off the servers for such a long time and seeing no improvement of these matters has been too much to bear.
Blizzard has admitted that they were unprepared for the response World of Warcraft would have with new members signing up on the first day, which resulted in server down time for periods of up to 3-4 days. Again, about one month after the start of the game, Blizzard encountered another problem with servers at a peak point of new memberships due to the holiday season.
Blizzard is taking for granted those that are paying for this service and show no respect for thier customers. While a service is provided to obtain in-game assistance, this often takes upward of 8 hours in order to receive.
So, in closing, we the undersigned have reached a point where we will no longer tolerate the lag on the servers, the bad communication from the company, and the poor customer service that is all in World of Warcraft and Blizzard Entertainment.
