pRO Skill Reset NPC

This is an appeal to the common sense of the Level Up! Games management and of their GM team.





We, the people of Midgard ask two things:





1. Reduce the amount of zeny required to use the skill reset NPC to the original amount set by the game creators, Gravity.





OR





2. Remove the NPC altogether.








Your voice in the Ragnaboards, Goenitz, has plainly stated that the reason for the astronomical amount is "balance, nuff said". He claims that it can be abused by players switching from a PVM oriented build to a PVP/WoE or specialist build. We believe that this is not true as the NPC can only be used ONCE per character. Also, the reset NPC only affects the skills and not the stats. Stats have more bearing in changing builds rather than stats.





Gravity created the skill reset NPC for legitimate reasons. There are skills that are not yet implemented that will be implemented in the future and because of the new skills, they created the skill reset NPC for kRO. Not all players, especially the casual ones read messageboards and guides and so the heritage patch is their first experience with the new skills. This means that people WILL make mistakes with skills. Now isn't this the reason why Gravity created this NPC in the first place?





Also, the current price which is near 500 million zeny for an avatar at level 99 is too much even for players that cheat through the use of third party programs. If by balance, Goenitz means that only the ones that cheat and buy tons of zeny can use the skill reset then we respectfully ask him to go buy a dictionary and look up the word. There are better ways to rid of the ill-gotten zeny and items in the servers.





We players are the heart and soul of your franchise and we have endured many failures by your company. Please listen to us for once or your company will surely face its own Ragnarok.
