The HONOR and ALLEGIANCE ACT or EXECUTIVE ORDER of 2009
SECTION 1:
Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, That any federal, state or local government entity or any organization or facility which receives federal funds is hereby prohibited from declaring/observing any official holiday or displaying, in any manner, any name, symbol, emblem, statue, banner or flag, with the explicit or implicit intent to glorify or honor any person, group, military unit, government or nation, whether of the past or present, foreign or domestic, which has, as an act of aggression, declared or waged war against the United States of America.
SECTION 2:
And be it further enacted, that while recognizing and enforcing all existing laws pertaining to treason, sedition, and homeland/national security, no government entity shall infringe upon any efforts to educate about the wars or conflicts in which the United States of America has engaged or upon any individuals right to freely express allegiance to any person, group, heritage, state or nation other than the United States of America.
