Public Execution of Convicted Sexual Offenders with the Potential to Re-Offend

This petition may or may not be taken seriously but it should be.

In the wake of the Idaho ordeal, where a whole family was killed and two of the children were kidnapped, raped, molested and one of them murdered, I thought something should be done. The man who was responsible was a convicted sexual predator that was let out of incarceration, and then dissapeared from the radar of the people tracking him. Besides the fact the people watching should have done a better job, this man should never have left prison. As a matter of fact, in my opinion, he should never have been given the chance to live after his previous offenses. Now of course the attention is all on him to die or be rehabilitated. I believe people like cannot be rehabilitated. His genetic code has a flaw in it that causes this man, and others, to behave the way he has. It is not something that can be fixed. The only way to remedy the situation and make sure that your children and mine are safe is to execute the man and rid ourselves of the threat. This goes for other pedophiles who are considered a threat to re-offend. Why send them back out in the public and take the chance? I sure as hell don't want to take the chance, my children and your children are to important to us.

So, I believe, as stated before these people cannot be rehabilitated, the only solution is the death penalty. But, I believe the standard death penalty is not enough. Putting these criminals under the needle where the die painlessly and peacefully is too nice of an end and doesn't seem to be strict enough. It also doesn't get the message across that we will not stand for these terrible acts. We need to bring back public execution. Whether it be televised, recorded and then broadcast on video or DVD... or even in the town square. When criminals happen to see another pedophiles body swinging by a rope in person the message becomes all that much more clear. And that message is this...

We will not allow crimes like this to go unpunished, our children are more important than that.

I know I am sick of the system taking chances with my children and letting filth back onto the streets. As a matter of fact, one lives not to far from me. I plan to leaflet my neighborhood to make the people with children aware of the potential danger. Our local police department calls him a level 3 threat, which means he has the potential to re-offend. Not with my children he won't. I am not talking about vigilanti type of action, just that these people get what they deserve and our children get what they deserve (that being a life without danger from pedophilia and molestation).
