Re-election of class committee

Dear all students of C220

It is the beginning of semester 1.2 and I would like to propose for the re-election of the class committees members.

All students of C220 should be given a chance to re-elect for new chairman, vice chairman, secretary, social representative, assistant

social representative, treasurer and assistant treasurer.

Roles of Class Committee:

1) Chairman
The chairman is responsible of receiving any annoucement regarding the class and pass the information to its committee. The chairman

should also leads the class committee and work together with the committee for any activities or events irregardless of school or class

function

2) Vice Chairman
The vice chairman should assisst the chairman in things such as passing the information to its committee and making sure the class runs

well.

3) Treasurer
The treasurer is responsible of all matters regarding to money. They will give advise in whether to purpuse or not. They will also limit

the cash flow.

4) Assistant treasurer
The assistant treasurer is responsible for buying the things. He/She will get permission from the treasurer and purpused the things.

5) Social Representative
The social representative is responsible in handling the welfare of the class. The social representative will also gather people to

organise any functions/events/outings that is related to the class. Students of C220 will report to the social representative if they

are on MC on that day

6) Assistant Social Representative
The assistant social representative will assist the social rep in organising the events. He/She will make sure that the planning will

meet the time and will run smoothly.

7) Secretary
The secretary will ensure that all members of the class committee will attend the class committee meeting. The secretary will also

provides the chairman and vice chairman all types of support. The secretary will also frequently communicate with all members of the

class committee and safeguard the interest of all students of C220.


New rule:

Collection of $5 every new semester
All students of C220 must pay $5 every new semester to the treasurer. The money will be kept at the treasurer and it will be used for

future events/activites etc.
