Recall Town Council Member

Corruption in government should not be tolerated. As elected officials of the Town of Mooresville, the Commissioners have an obligation and duty to uphold the laws of the state, to serve the citizens with integrity, and to behave responsibly and ethically at all times.

In response to the allegations and concern about possible improprieties of the chief of police, a multifaceted investigation has been implemented. The Town Commissioners have indicated they wish to have a thorough and impartial inquiry into the allegations.

Instead of remaining neutral and impartial, Mr. Rader demeans our system with outrageous interference and divisive political maneuvers in an intensity which is inexcusable, unethical, and intolerable.

We, the undersigned, hereby declare a vote of no confidence in Mr. Rader and petition the commissioners of the Town of Mooresville to immediately remove him from office.
