Reinstate Mr. Rimmer as Deputy Director

This petition is to inform the leadership of the "California Department of Corrections, Parole and Community Services Division" that we the undersigned believe the removal of Mr. Rimmer as the Deputy Director was a mistake. Many of us believed when Mr. Rimmer was appointed to the Deputy Director position the Department had taken a big step in the right direction. We had faith in Mr. Rimmer's abilities and his top to bottom knowledge of the Department. This petition is not an attempt to keep the old status quo, but rather an attempt to get the person we believe in to lead us into the future. Mr. Rimmer has the vision and competence to lead a new more efficient, more effective Parole Division. We the undersigned know that hard decisions will have to be made and Mr. Rimmer will have to work with the leadership in the Department of Corrections, and our Capital in order to succeed. Our future is in your hands, give us the best possible chance to survive by reinstating Mr. Rimmer.
