The Blade film franchise were some of the better comic-to-film adaptations to date. Because of their success Spike TV greenlighted a Blade TV series. The budget was ample, they got the writer who did the script for all the movies, David Goyer, to write it, and they got Kirk 'Sticky Fingaz' Jones to star as Blade! As a comic fan, as a movie fan, and as an occasional TV fan, I can truly say I thought this was a great series. Now many people want to see a second season, I think the chances are very remote...but this petition is to demand the release of the first season on DVD.
