Release Sin and Punishment for the Nintendo DS

As U.S. gamers well know, Sin and Punishment was easily one of the best "shoot em ups" ever released (well actually, best "shoot em up" NEVER released in this region) for the N64 home console. Some may even argue that it was the best "shoot em up" that was released for ANY home console in 2001:
There was a great dis-service that was done to American owners of the N64 that year. A majority of consumers still had Nintendo 64s in their households, yet the game (amongst numerous others) was released exclusively in Japan, denying those Western consumers of even having a chance to play it for themselves. Sin and Punishment already had voices in English, so porting the game would have been a minimal task, yet it was never done.
However, through the years, awareness of this game has grown amongst gamers, and "Sin and Punishment" has been on numerous web sites since its release nearly 4 years ago. Since the N64's lifespan has already come to past, this is a perfect chance for Nintendo and Treasure to make amends by releasing this great game for the DS portable game system in the U.S., especially since its innovation and design has yet to be seen on any hand held console, ever. Treasure is already well known internationally for their expertise in game design... such classics as Gunstar Heroes, Bangaio, Guardian Heroes, the cult favorite Radiant Silvergun, and recently Wario World, all show that they will always have a place in American consumers hearts.
We the undersigned, believe that this game will strengthen the sales of the DS as well as bring more variety to the games the hand held already has scheduled.
This is a chance for Nintendo and Treasure to really do something for their fans, to show appreciation for their devotion, and to make up for such a long delay they have agonized over while waiting for such a classic video game that is Sin and Punishment.
